Air/Air Heat Exchangers

The Uniklima air/air heat exchangers are specially designed and constructed for use in electrical panels and enclosures for telecommunications.

The product line has equipment with thermal exchange capacity in the range 20-250 W / K with AC or DC power supply. The heat exchangers air / air are designed to remove the heat generated inside the panel, establishing a temperature differential with the external environment (typically 6-12 °). Its operation is based on heat exchange between opposing flows separated by aluminum plates and mounted on a block of dissipation.

The dissipation block is manufactured in aluminum plates mounted with spacers and attachment rods. Its construction creates channels for the flow of indoor and outdoor air in opposite directions. As the air flows do not mix, sealing panel is not affected and the degree of electrical protection is preserved. The dissipation block is removable to facilitate periodic cleaning.
